It is the evolution of the jet helmet N42, the reference for the “Touring” market: functionality and design, excellent finishing details for a high quality product. The shell is characterized by the efficient aerodynamic spoiler which now integrates a new hot air extraction system in its rear part. The new design of N42E is combined with the innovative ventilation system: the semi-recessed front air intake channels the air directly inside the helmet, through inner ducts which grant an even air flow distribution, avoiding harmful local cooling. The rear extractor facilitates expulsion of warm and harmful air, thus assuring a constant air circulation.
The “extra-long” visor provides outstanding air protection and is ready to be equipped with the sunscreen (VPS). The quick-change/tool-free visor mechanism operates with the visor in open position only, to avoid accidental opening while riding. N42E is equipped with the most up-to-date “Clima Comfort”* padding: removable and washable*, it is made of an ergonomically superior fabric assuring coolness all year round, thanks also to the new inner ducts.
I think it’s great, light and really handy in the city. And now fitted with the N-Com system it’s even more exclusive and avant-garde!
