Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Please contact our On-line Staff to organise any returns or exchanges. Items returned for exchange or refund must be returned within 14 days from receipt date in original and unused condition. Excessive delay in returning an item may result in a 20% restocking fee. All items must be unused and in the original factory packaging.

In the event that an item arrives damaged during transit, call the On-line Staff immediately on 1300 738 641. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. Our On-line Staff will advise you of the procedure to follow. DO NOT return the item until instructed to do so.

Freight is charged at standard Australia Post mail service charges. We are happy to use other forms of freight and delivery methods. These can be arranged on request at the relevant charges.
